Privacy notice
Short version: we collect what you type into our forms so we can reply and arrange housing. We do not sell it, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
When you send a referral or a contact message, we store the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, organisation and role if you give them, the housing need or topic you selected, the city or area you mention, and your message.
Alongside that we store a reference number, the date and time you sent it, the page you sent it from, and a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address used only to stop automated spam. We do not store your full IP address, and we do not use cookies or advertising trackers on this website.
Why we hold it
- To reply to you and to assess whether we can help the person you are asking about.
- To arrange and manage a housing placement where one goes ahead.
- To keep a record of what we were asked and what we did about it.
- To protect the forms from automated abuse.
What we ask you not to send
Please do not send clinical records, medical history, or copies of documents through this website. If a placement needs that level of detail, we will arrange a conversation. Share only what is necessary to assess a safe placement.
Who sees it
Referral and enquiry details are seen by the people at G&M Creative Living Solutions who deal with placements and enquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing. We may share details with a resident’s own provider only where that is needed to arrange a safe placement, and where you or the client have agreed to it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and referrals are kept for up to 24 months from the date we last dealt with them, so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Automated spam records are kept separately and trimmed automatically. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner — see below.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email admin@gmcreativelivingsolutions.com, ideally quoting the reference number from the confirmation you received, and we will respond. If you are in California, these are your rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to stored enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, so please avoid sending anything through the form that you would not want stored.
