For property owners

Your property, managed as if we owned it

We lease homes for people rebuilding their lives — and we manage them closely. That means reliable payments, written house rules, supervised residents, and a house that stays in good condition.

Why owners work with us

Eight commitments we make to the owner of every home

Supported housing has a reputation problem in some markets — usually because nobody was actually managing the house. That is the part we take on.

Lower risk of damage to your home

We maintain a clean, respectful, and well-kept environment. Our residents are supported with structure, accountability, and guidance to help preserve the homes and surrounding communities.

Payments on time, every time

We have consistent funding through state and community resources, which allows us to keep our homes running smoothly and our residents on track.

Residents adhere to strict house rules

Our homes operate with clear and fair guidelines, helping residents build healthy habits, responsibility, and stability for their future.

Good neighbour policy

We respect and value our neighbours. We maintain open communication, address concerns promptly, and ensure our homes remain a positive part of the community.

Zero tolerance of alcohol and drugs

We provide a drug- and alcohol-free environment. Every resident is expected to participate in our sober living program, including regular drug tests, and we support them through the recovery journey.

Longer leases

We believe in long-term success. We offer extended stays to help residents build stability, gain independence, and achieve their goals — whether that’s continued sobriety, employment, or reuniting with their families.

House kept move-in ready at all times

We maintain clean, safe, and welcoming homes, including landscaping and regular upkeep, so residents can focus on healing and rebuilding their lives.

Satisfaction from helping others

There’s no greater reward than seeing lives change. We take pride in knowing that we are making a real difference — helping individuals and families find hope, stability, and a brighter future.

What we handle

The day-to-day is our job

An owner should not be fielding late-night calls about house rules. We take the operational side of the tenancy, and we keep the property to a standard.

  • Resident screening, house rules and accountability
  • Regular drug testing and a drug- and alcohol-free house
  • Upkeep, cleaning, landscaping and general maintenance coordination
  • Neighbour communication and prompt answers to concerns

Questions owners ask

Who is on the lease?

We will confirm the leasing arrangement with you in writing before anything starts, so both sides know exactly what they are responsible for — and you are not left chasing individual residents for anything.

What happens if a resident breaks the rules?

House rules are written, explained at move-in, and enforced. Serious breaches — including alcohol or drug use — are handled under the sober living program, up to and including the resident leaving. You are not asked to manage that.

How is the property maintained?

We keep homes clean, safe and welcoming, including landscaping and regular upkeep. Maintenance issues are raised with you promptly and handled in the way you prefer.

What about the neighbours?

We keep open communication with neighbours, address concerns promptly, and hold the house to a good-neighbour standard. Our residents know that the house represents the community it sits in.
