This website is published by G&M Creative Living Solutions to explain our housing and how to work with us. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Information on the site
We try to keep the site accurate, but housing availability, programme details and costs change. Nothing on this site is a promise that a place is available, that a particular house will be offered, or that a placement will be accepted. Where the site and a written agreement differ, the written agreement applies.
Referrals are enquiries, not contracts
Sending a referral or a message through this site starts a conversation. It does not create a tenancy, a placement, a contract, or a client relationship, and it does not reserve a room. A placement exists only once we have confirmed it with you in writing and the resident has been accepted into the house.
What you agree to when you send us a referral
- You are entitled to share the information you send, and you have the consent needed to share it with us.
- The information you give is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you will tell us if something material changes.
- You will not use the forms to send unlawful, abusive, misleading or automated bulk content.
Not clinical or medical advice
Our homes are sober living and recovery residences. Nothing on this site is medical, clinical, legal or financial advice, and we do not provide treatment, detox or medical care. Anyone needing clinical care should be referred to an appropriate provider.
Our content
The text, layout, logo and images on this site belong to G&M Creative Living Solutions unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages and print pages for your own use. Please do not copy the site or present our material as your own without asking us in writing.
Availability of the site
